Founded in 2020 by a team of technology and finance professionals, Boopos operates a platform to obtain flexible financing for acquiring digital companies. We help talented and committed teams and managers to buy businesses by providing long-term revenue-based financing without personal guarantees.

We are on track to make a big impact: small companies are hugely underserved financially, and typically have access only to very expensive, very short-term financing opportunities. Buying companies and being a small business owner is even less accessible to entrepreneurs, wannabe managers, or small companies that want to expand their offering. 500,000 small businesses are put for sale every year in the US alone and we can change the game and make the space more accessible for everyone.

Backed by VCs and debt providers and having raised $30MM so far, we expect to lend at least $100MM in the next 12 months.

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our marketing team. The Head of Growth will build the tool stack needed to lead our funnel filling efforts and bring together the resources to get it done, including our website, CRM, tracking, paid media automation and other, and will oversee content generation, impactful partnerships and visibility actions.

This person will be a key part of the leadership team at Boopos and will work closely with the Sales and Product teams as well as with the CEO.

  • Lead our performance marketing strategy including paid media and organic traffic generation with the goal of filling the top of the funnel, partnering with our Sales team to ensure prospective customers are qualified and convert.
  • Develop tracking & optimization tools, processes and strategies to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Decide on budget allocation based on impact and efficiency of different initiatives and campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of content and promotional materials for our customers, partners and stakeholders, including case studies, announcements, product deep dives, interviews, among other.
  • Set up, analyze, and optimize the acquisition and conversion funnel to turn leads into customers.
  • Build hooks and mechanisms to increase engagement, loyalty and nurture the Boopos community.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of demand generation marketing experience, ideally in the SMB space, including a proven track record of driving customer conversion and retention.
  • Strong communication skills. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and the Product and Sales teams.
  • Self-starter in building processes and strategies to make an impact.
  • We frequently deal with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty so you should feel comfortable working in such an environment and help the team navigate through it.
  • Big plus for having experience in fintech.
